By using WasTransfer, you enter into a binding agreement to use our service responsibly and lawfully. You agree not to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is malicious (including viruses, malware, or ransomware), infringes on intellectual property rights without proper authorization, contains illegal material, or violates the privacy of others. WasTransfer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive behavior, including automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or excessive bandwidth consumption. Our free tier allows transfers up to 5 GB per session; for higher volumes, please consult our enterprise solutions. We make no guarantees regarding uptime but historically maintain 99.97% availability across our global network. Limitation of liability: WasTransfer is provided 'as is' and our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. These terms are governed by international commercial law, and disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
